Modification of The Services or The Terms

 

SNEAKY may modify these Terms or suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time for any reason. However, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes to these Terms by posting a notice on the Site and/or sending an email to the email address you provided to us upon registration.

Mobile Charges

 

To the extent you access the Services through a mobile or wireless device, your carrier’s standard charges, data rates and other fees may apply.

Cleanliness

The sneakers we sent to you will be professionally cleaned and delivered ready to wear. We professionally cleans, sterilises and inspects each sneaker. However, the use of the sneakers is at your own risk and SNEAKY shall not be held liable for any health-related complaints associated with any Product.

Receipt of Products

Upon delivery, you bear responsibility for the Product(s). You acknowledge that you have used a secure shipping address. In the event that an un-secure shipping address is provided, SNEAKY is not liable for Products left unattended. Furthermore, you acknowledge that providing anything other than a secure shipping address may result in delivery delays and additional delivery fees for which SNEAKY will not be liable. You will be liable for all such delays and additional delivery fees.

Cancellation Policy

 

You may cancel your rental order latest by one (1) day in advance before the delivery date. There will be a cancellation fee of 30% from your paid rental fees and you will receive the remaining refund to your issued payment card.

Fees

 

Upon subscription, SNEAKY will charge you a pre-paid subscription fee or a monthly subscription fee that will automatically renew and you will be billed every 30 days at the then current fee to your payment method on file. After the pre-pay period ends, your subscription membership will be renewed automatically and you will be billed every 30 days at the then current fee to your payment method on file. The current monthly subscription fee is set out here, but is subjected to change at our discretion and any changes will be effective for any subsequent renewal subscription period. You hereby authorise SNEAKY or our third party payment processor to charge your payment card for the applicable subscription fee on a monthly or recurring pre-pay basis until you cancel. The subscription fees include shipping and limited insurance, covering minor mishaps but not significant damage, loss or theft. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth below. Taxes may apply on the subscription fees.

Failure to Pay Fees

 

We reserve the right to pursue any amounts you fail to pay in accordance with these Terms.

Your Account

 

Access to parts of the Services requires the creation of a user account, including a user name and password that you choose upon registration. You are solely responsible and liable for any authorised or unauthorised access to your account by any person. You agree to bear all responsibility for the confidentiality of your account information and all use or charges incurred from use of the Services with your account. You agree to notify SNEAKY promptly of any unauthorised use of your account or password.

Eligibility

 

Our rental services are recommended for adults, 21 years old & above. However, if you are a parent or legal guardian agreeing to these Terms for the benefit of a teenager between the 18-20 years old, you are fully responsible for his or her use of the Services and the rental of any Products, including all legal liability he or she may incur.

Limits

You acknowledge and agree that we may place limits on the rental of Products, including but not limited to restricting orders placed under a single customer account, payment card or billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit, cancel or prohibit any rentals of Products for any reason, including but not limited to availability concerns.

Return Packaging

 

With delivery of the Product, we provide a pre-paid, pre-addressed SNEAKY carrying box and instructions for your use in returning the Products to SNEAKY (“Return Packaging”). The SNEAKY carrying box is not yours to keep. If the carrying box or garment bag is not returned, you will be charged a fee (details below under “Lost Return Label”).

Lost Return Label

 

If you lose the Return Label, you will be responsible for returning the item at your own expense, and providing SNEAKY with a tracking number. Also, if you lose or fail to return the SNEAKY carrying box, you will be charged a reasonable fee that is subjected to SNEAKY's discretion. If you still possess the SNEAKY carrying box, it is yours to keep, though on an “AS IS” basis without warranty of any kind.

Cancellation of Subscription

 

There are no refunds to a pre-paid membership. Your monthly subscription automatically renews and you will be billed every 30 days. To cancel your monthly membership, email us at thisissneaky.sg@gmail.com or contact us via the live chat available on our website. You must return your Products before the end of your current billing period (located in account settings) to avoid additional fees. If we do not receive the Products by the end of your billing period in which you want to cancel your membership, SNEAKY will charge you the full resale price of each Product.

Use of Products

 

You agree to treat the Products with great care, as if it was borrowed from your close friend. You are responsible for loss, destruction or damage to the Products due to theft, mysterious disappearance, fire, major stains or any other cause, other than normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear encompasses minor stains or other minor damages. If you return a Product that is damaged beyond normal wear and tear, then you agree that we shall charge you, and you shall pay, for the price of repairing or replacing the Product, as determined in our discretion, up to the Resale Value of the Product. If a loss is deemed to be due to your negligence, SNEAKY may charge you an additional fine not more than 3x of your rental fee on top of providing the mentioned police report, or charge you the price for replacing the Product, as determined in our discretion, up to the Resale Value for the Product.

Failure to Return

 

As soon as you passed the scheduled return period, you may not continue to keep Products you have already received, and you must return to SNEAKY all rented Products including its parts, on or before the last day of the applicable rental period. If we don't receive your items on time, you will be charged daily a late fee as explained in the Late Fee section below.

Late Fee

 

If you return the Products later than your scheduled return date, a late fee of half (50%) of your rental fee will be charged to the payment card you used to pay the Rental Fee or to any other payment card included in your account information that you have provided to SNEAKY. For every day that you are late returning the Products, and you agree to pay such late fees, up to an amount not to exceed the equivalent of 7 days of late fee. The late fee is payable for each order of Products that is not returned when due, including its parts, not for each Product that is the subject of the order that is late. If you failed to return the Product and its parts for 7 calendar days or more, your late return will be considered a non-return, and SNEAKY will charge your payment card the Maximum Late Fee. SNEAKY will still expect you to return the Products or SNEAKY has the rights to create a police report, considering it as theft.

I have found the sneakers I want but can't select my size.

 

As the pairs are limited edition, we might only have 1 pair per design per size. Your size might have already been rented out by our other customers. Drop us an email and we will put you on the waitlist for that pair.

Has my order been sent yet ?

 

You can track your orders and details based on the tracking number stated in your confirmation email.

Part of my order is missing/Wrong items received.

 

We are so sorry to hear that. Please drop us an email with the subject title "Missing/Wrong Order Items" and include your order ID and contact number. We will get back to you asap.

How do I amend/cancel my order?

 

No amendments or cancellations can be done once the orders are paid and confirmed. Please call us at +65 9155 8497 for any further assistance during operating hours.

All important information about the sneakers are already as stated in the product pages. However, if you require more information or if there is something that we might have missed out, feel free to drop us a message.

I forgot to use my discount code

 

If this happens within 1 hour from your Order Confirmation, please drop us an email and we will rectify the payment on our side. However, this is subjected to the validity of your discount code on a case to case basis.

Delivery - How much is it and how long does it take?

 

Free local courier is provided for every order. All orders received will be sent within 1-2 working days by our designated courier.

How soon will I receive the refund?

 

Refunds will be done via the initial payment mode and may take up to 15 working days. Please note that refund amount is subjected to conditions of the products.
